If an issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll fix it at our cost. For other issues outside of our two-year standard warranty, we’ll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the date of manufacture, we may need to use alternative parts or materials to complete the repair. Simply send it to us, and we’ll handle the rest—repairing the item and shipping it back to you as quickly as possible. If a repair isn’t possible, we will look to a replacement.
